PARKING AND RAMPED ACCESS
The 328-seat I.A. O’Shaughnessy Center, home of Whitefish Theatre Co., is a fully accessible facility. All entrances are accessible. Three handicapped parking spaces are available on the North side of the O’Shaughnessy Center. If you call us ahead of time, we will block off a spot. Accessible parking at the O’Shaughnessy Center is well marked and there is ramped access from the North side of the O’Shaughnessy Center and from the intersection of Railway Street and Central Avenue directly into the facility including box office and main floor seating. Please note that the large parking lot directly north of the O’Shaughnessy Center is owned by the BNSF railway and is not available for public parking.
WHEELCHAIR SEATING
There are no elevators in the O’Shaughnessy Center and the Whitefish Theatre Company is unable to provide wheelchairs or walkers for use by patrons. Only ROW A seating (or floor seating) in the O’Shaughnessy Center auditorium can be re-configured to accommodate our patrons who utilize wheelchairs. Patrons with mobility issues (i.e. unable to climb stairs or risers to access seating) and anyone requiring wheelchair seating or wheelchair companion seating should purchase tickets through the WTC Box Office at 406-862-5371 ext 2, at least 24 hours in advance of the performance and request wheelchair/limited mobility seating.
LARGE PRINT PROGRAMS
The PROGRAM PAGE and PROGRAM NOTES for the performance are available in large print if requested them at least 72 hours in advance from the WTC Box Office at 406-862-5371 EXT 2. Large print program page and program notes will be waiting for you at the WTC Box Office.
ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
Please request assisted listening devices 24 hours in advance from Mikey Winn at the WTC box office by calling 862-5371 ext 2. Hearing impaired devices can be picked up at the box office before a performance.
SIGN LANGUAGE
Sign language interpreters may be provided for selected performances. Reservations for these performances must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the performance.
